Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to regulate all matters regarding the conditions of use and operation of services provided by “PrimeWon” (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
Article 2 (Definitions)Terms of Service
The definitions of major terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- Member: A user who has agreed to the Terms of the Site, provided personal information to register as a member, and uses the Site after concluding a utilization contract with the Site.
- Utilization Contract: A contract concluded between the Site and a Member regarding the use of the Site.
- Member ID (hereinafter referred to as “ID”): A unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each Member for the identification of the Member and their use of the services.
- Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the Member to confirm that they match the assigned ID and to protect the rights and interests of the Member.
- Operator: An entity that has opened and operates a homepage within the service.
- Termination: The cancellation of the Utilization Contract by a Member.
Article 3 (Rules Outside the Terms)
The Operator may separately announce and guide operational policies if necessary. If these Terms overlap with the operational policies, the operational policies shall take precedence.
Article 4 (Conclusion of Utilization Contract)
- The Utilization Contract is established by the consent of the person who intends to use the Site by registering as a Member to the contents of these Terms, followed by the Operator’s approval of the application.
- A person who intends to use the service by registering as a Member expresses intent to consent to these Terms by reading them and selecting “I agree” at the bottom when applying for Site registration.
Article 5 (Application for Service Use)
- A user who intends to use the Site by registering as a Member must provide all general information (User ID, Password, Nickname, etc.) requested by the Site.
- Members who do not register their true information, such as by stealing another person’s information or registering false details, cannot claim any rights regarding the use of the Site and may be punished in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Article 6 (Privacy Policy)
The Site and the Operator do not retain passwords among the personal information provided during membership registration, and matters related to this are governed by the Site’s Privacy Policy. The Operator will endeavor to protect Members’ personal information, including member registration information, as prescribed by relevant laws and regulations.
- Matters regarding the protection of Members’ personal information shall be governed by relevant laws and the Privacy Policy established by the Site.
- However, the Operator shall not bear any responsibility for information exposed due to reasons attributable to the Member.
- If a Member registers or distributes illegal posts, such as those detrimental to public morals or harmful to national security, the Operator may access the Member’s data and submit such data to the relevant authorities upon their request.
Article 7 (Obligations of the Operator)
- If the Operator recognizes that opinions or complaints raised by utilizing Members are justified, the Operator shall process them as quickly as possible. However, if prompt processing is difficult due to personal circumstances, the Operator will do their best by making a subsequent announcement or sending a note or email to the utilizing Members.
- For the continuous and stable provision of the Site, the Operator may request the Site to repair or restore equipment without delay when a failure or loss occurs. However, in the event of natural disasters or unavoidable reasons on the part of the Site or the Operator, the operation of the Site may be temporarily suspended.
Article 8 (Obligations of Members)
- Members must comply with the matters prescribed in these Terms, all regulations set by the Operator, notices, operational policies, and relevant laws and regulations. Members must not engage in any actions that interfere with the business of the Site or damage the reputation of the Site.
- Unless explicit consent is given by the Site, Members cannot transfer or donate their authority to use the service or any other status under the Utilization Contract to others, nor can they provide it as collateral.
- Utilizing customers must pay considerable attention to managing their ID and Password, and cannot provide their ID to a third party for use without the consent of the Operator or the Site.
- Members must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Operator, the Site, or any third party.
Article 9 (Service Usage Hours)
- In principle, service usage hours shall be 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there is a specific operational or technical hindrance. However, the Site may temporarily suspend services on days or times specified by the Site for regular system inspection, expansion, or replacement. Temporary suspension due to scheduled work will be announced on the Site’s homepage in advance, so please refer to it frequently.
- However, the Site may temporarily or permanently suspend services without prior notice or warning in the following cases:
- In case of urgent system inspection, expansion, replacement, failure, or malfunction.
- In case of force majeure reasons such as national emergencies, power outages, or natural disasters.
- When a common telecommunications business provider prescribed in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services.
- When normal service utilization is hindered due to an overload of service usage, etc.
- In the event of service suspension under the preceding paragraph, the Site will notify Members in advance through notices, etc. However, if prior notice is impossible for service suspensions caused by reasons beyond the Site’s control, a subsequent notice will replace the prior notice.
Article 10 (Termination of Service Use)
- When a Member intends to terminate the Utilization Contract with the Site, the Member must personally apply for registration termination online. Meanwhile, separate from the termination of Site use, the termination of the Utilization Contract for the Site must be performed separately.
- Simultaneously with the application for termination, programs related to the Site provided by the Site are automatically deleted from the member management screen, so the Operator can no longer view the information of the person applying for termination.
Article 11 (Restrictions on Service Use)
Members shall not engage in actions corresponding to any of the following items. In the event such actions are committed, the Site may restrict the Member’s service use, take lawful measures, terminate the Utilization Contract, or suspend the service for a specified period.
- Registering false contents when signing up for membership or when changing information afterwards.
- Interfering with other people’s use of the Site or stealing their information.
- Impersonating the management, employees, or related personnel of the Site.
- Infringing upon the personal rights or intellectual property rights of the Site or any third party, or interfering with business operations.
- Illegitimately using another Member’s ID.
- Collecting, storing, or disclosing personal information about another Member without their consent.
- Actions objectively judged to be linked to a crime.
- Other actions that violate relevant laws and regulations.
Article 12 (Management of Posts)
- The responsibility for managing and operating the posts and materials on the Site rests with the Operator. The Operator must always monitor for bad posts and materials. Upon discovering or receiving a report of bad posts and materials, the Operator must delete them and give a warning to the Member who registered them. Meanwhile, regarding posts uploaded by utilizing Members, the poster themselves bears responsibility, so Members must not post materials that violate these Terms of Service.
- If there is a request for correction from a public institution such as the Korea Communications Standards Commission, the Operator may delete or move the post without the prior consent of the Member.
- The criteria for judging bad posts are as follows:
- Contents that cause severe insult or damage the reputation of another Member or a third party.
- Distributing or linking contents that violate public order and good morals.
- Contents that encourage illegal copying or hacking.
- Advertisements intended for commercial profit.
- Contents objectively recognized to be linked to a crime.
- Infringing upon other rights, such as copyrights of other users or a third party.
- Deemed to violate other relevant laws and regulations.
- If the Site and the Operator receive a request to stop posting due to infringement of rights such as defamation or intellectual property rights from a third party regarding a post, they may temporarily suspend the post (suspend transmission). If a lawsuit, agreement, or decision of a related institution corresponding thereto between the requestor and the post registrant is made and received by the Site, it shall be followed.
Article 13 (Storage of Posts)
If the Site Operator is forced to suspend this Site due to unavoidable circumstances, the Operator will notify Members in advance and endeavor to take all measures to facilitate the easy relocation of posts.
Article 14 (Copyright of Posts)
- The copyright of posts published by Members within the Site belongs to the Member who posted them. In addition, the Site cannot use the posts commercially without the consent of the poster. However, this does not apply to non-profit purposes, and the Site holds the right to publish them within the service.
- Members cannot use the materials published on the service commercially, such as by arbitrarily processing or selling information acquired through the use of the service.
- If the Operator determines that the contents or post details within the Site published or registered by a Member correspond to any of the items in Article 12, the Operator may delete, move, or refuse registration without prior notice.
Article 15 (Compensation for Damages)
- All civil and criminal responsibilities arising from this Site rest primarily with the Member themselves.
- No compensation for damages shall be provided if the damages received by a Member from this Site are due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, or occur due to the intent or negligence of the Member.
Article 16 (Exemption from Liability / Disclaimer)
- The Operator is exempted from liability for damages arising from a Member’s failure to obtain expected profits from the provision of services on the Site, or from the selection or utilization of service materials.
- The Operator is exempted from liability for hindrances caused by failures of this Site’s service infrastructure or telecommunications services provided by other telecommunications carriers. Damages occurring in connection with this Site’s service infrastructure shall follow the Site’s Terms of Service.
- The Operator bears no responsibility whatsoever in relation to materials stored, posted, or transmitted by Members.
- The Operator is not responsible for hindrances in service use occurring due to reasons attributable to the Member.
- The Operator bears no responsibility for any activities (including data transmission and other community activities) between Members or between Members and third parties, regardless of whether they occur within or outside this service.
- The Operator does not bear responsibility for the authenticity, reliability, accuracy, or content of materials posted or transmitted by Members, or all materials that Members can receive through this Site.
- The Operator is not responsible for any damages resulting from transactions of goods, etc., mediated through the service between Members or between Members and third parties.
- The Operator is not responsible for any disputes that arise between Members or between Members and third parties without any reasons attributable to the Operator.
- The Operator is not responsible for damages suffered by Members due to system failures that may occur without intent or gross negligence equivalent to intent during the process of managing, checking, repairing, or replacing facilities such as servers, or during software operation. This includes system failures caused by third-party attacks, the distribution of computer viruses for which countermeasures have not been developed by prominent domestic or foreign research institutions or security-related companies, or other force majeure reasons beyond the Operator’s control.
Supplementary Provision
These Terms shall enter into force on June 8, 2026.
